Growth of the O&M Group at WECS
The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) division at WECS has entered a major phase of growth — expanding its team, capabilities, and technology to meet rising demand across wind, solar, and substation sectors.
Expanding the Team
Over the past year, WECS has strengthened its O&M division across every sector including wind, solar, and substations to meet growing demand and deliver faster, more responsive service.
Wind Group
Expanded with 3 new Sales professionals, 2 Project Managers, and additional data and reporting specialists to improve visibility and speed across active sites.
Solar Group
Welcomed 4 new team members, including a National Sales Manager, an Outside Sales lead, and 2 Inside Project Managers to better support an expanding customer base.
Substation Group
Added a National Sales Manager and a Senior Project Manager, along with new support roles, to handle increasing project complexity and client volume.
Together, these additions strengthen WECS’s ability to respond quickly, scale efficiently, and provide consistent technical support across all markets.
Enhancing Capabilities and Offerings
With its growing team, WECS has expanded its reach and range of services — offering new maintenance kits, stronger supplier partnerships, and enhanced repair capabilities.
Recent additions include:
- Custom Maintenance Kits tailored for client-specific assets
- Partnership with a state-of-the-art repair facility to provide reliable electronic repairs
- Expanded supply of gearbox and drivetrain components, including Winergy bearings and gearing, KTR couplings, and YAW Drives

Investing in Technology and Efficiency
WECS has modernized its warehouse operations, relocating to a more efficient central facility that reduces freight costs and improves logistics coordination.
New digital inventory tracking and management systems now ensure faster fulfillment, tighter inventory control, and higher safety standards.
Impact for Clients
These enhancements mean faster delivery, greater reliability, and more comprehensive support for renewable energy assets across the U.S. and Canada.
The O&M group’s growth reinforces WECS’s commitment to operational excellence and long-term performance in clean energy infrastructure.
