WECS helps build and maintain the power systems that keep wind farms spinning and data centers buzzing. Our products end up in turbines, substations, and transmission lines across the U.S. From cables and fiber to custom tools and complex parts, we source them all.

Core Values

Trust

Trust is at the heart of everything we do. We believe the best partnerships are built on honesty, consistency, and confidence.

Expertise

We bring deep technical knowledge to every project, with a team that's spent decades mastering the complex challenges.

Partnership

Great things happen when you invest in relationships for the long run. Our success is measured by the strength and value of our partnerships.

Agility

Being nimble, forward-thinking, and ready for what’s next keeps us one step ahead and helps our customers stay there, too.

Reliability

Whether it's solving a last-minute issue or planning for the future, we show up, follow through, and deliver with care and precision.

Our Culture

Trust is the foundation of everything we do. People come to WECS because they know we get it. We know the equipment, the problems, the pressure, and how to help teams get what they need without the runaround.

Around here, deep product knowledge isn’t optional; it’s the heartbeat of what we do. In a world where new faces come and go and “figure it out”, our customers lean on us to know what’s needed, spot what’s missing, and solve what’s next.

We’re nimble enough to pivot when the winds shift, steady enough to stick the landing every time, and stubborn enough to keep raising the bar. Put us to the test—and see the results.

How We Give Back to the Community

Clean energy works better when everyone gets to be part of it.

WECS sits on the advisory board of CREATEenergy.org, a program that trains wind and solar techs at community colleges. Funded by the National Science Foundation, it helps instructors get the tools and know-how they need to teach hands-on clean energy careers.

We’re also a board member of the American Clean Power Association and helped launch their DE&I Committee. That means more clean energy jobs, more access, and more voices at the table.
